With over 15 years of maintenance experience, I take pride in making sure everything in your home runs smoothly. If it’s broken, I’ll fix it – simple as that. When I’m not preparing homes for new residents or completing service requests, you’ll find me enjoying time with my wife, kids, and friends – whether it’s fishing, cooking up something great, cheering on my favorite football team, or relaxing at the beach. Gerardo Jaramillo - Community Porter

I take pride in making sure everything on the Community grounds looks inviting, fresh and sparkling. If it’s not clean, It wasn't done by G! – simple as that. When I’m not preparing homes for new residents or completing service requests, you’ll find me enjoying time with my daughter – relaxing at the beach or playing video games. I am originally from Texas, but spent the last two years working for luxury apartment complexes in New York City while I was completing my Master's degree. I love hiking, karaoke, and reading.
